BOOGIE WITH BABY

Enjoy the music, meet other mums and bond with your baby. No dance experience needed! Our class is about having fun and building connection, not getting the steps right. And let's face it we probably all have baby brain anyway right?!

This class is designed for both parent and baby to enjoy. You get to move and enjoy the music, while baby gets to enjoy being close to you, rocked and swayed to the music.

Motherhood can be amazing but it can also be challenging, lonely, exhausting and almost impossible to find a moment for yourself at times! This isn't a class where you need to get the steps right or worry about looking good. Come as you are, enjoy a judgement free space and hopefully leave feeling energised with a happy baby!

Plenty of free parking on site. Bring your carrier if you have one - I have spares to borrow if you need one - please let me know so that I can make sure we have enough. We will spend the first few minutes of class making sure all the babies are safe and comfy in the carriers before we start dancing.
