Every child gets their first class free so parents can see first-hand what our sessions are all about.

This class is a fun and engaging introduction to fitness and movement for children aged 3.5–5 years.

Each session is packed with:

✅ Fun boxing-themed games and movement drills

✅ Activities to build balance, focus, and coordination

✅ Music, laughter, and plenty of energy

✅ Confidence-boosting moments and teamwork

Parents are welcome to sit and watch or participate alongside their child, making session an interactive and supportive experience for both children and families.

Led by our friendly, experienced coaches, classes aim to build confidence, encourage teamwork, and instil a love of movement from an early age.
