Description
A weekly 75-minute class designed to help alleviate common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy.
Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant, pregnancy yoga sessions flow through gentle postures to balance the body, breathwork and breathing techniques to use during pregnancy labour and birth, plus meditation and relaxation to help you connect with your body and your baby.
The movements will help you build strength and stability, with additional focus on supporting the pelvic floor. Alongside the physical practice, each week you’ll also receive a short antenatal education segment designed to give you practical tools, knowledge and confidence to prepare for labour and birth.
You’ll be held in a welcoming, supportive, non-judgemental space where you can build your like-minded community, understand the changes of pregnancy, labour and birth and create space each week to connect with yourself and your baby.
✨ No previous yoga experience necessary.
✨ Classes take place Thursdays, 6.15–7.30pm at Ministry of Yoga, Crewe and Saturdays 9.30-10.45am at Alsager Wellness Rooms, Alsager.
✨ Classes run as a 5-week courses (£55).
