Description
Learn a head to toe Baby Massage routine which promotes loving touch and builds confidence in handling, understanding and bonding with your baby.
Classes also include simple Baby Yoga movements and gentle postnatal recovery suitable for all to ease out tensions, and relax.
For babies aged from 6 weeks, not suitable for crawling babies. Dads, grandparents & carers are welcome, classes are not just for mums!
Please pre-book. Bookings made in half term blocks, you can join part way through. Classes work out at £10 each.
