Breastfeeding support groups give you information and support on lots of topics including:
breastfeeding
expressing breastmilk
mixed feeding, where you combine breastfeeding with bottle feeding
introducing solids and stopping breastfeeding
You can go to any of the groups if you're:
pregnant
breastfeeding
feeding your baby any amount of breastmilk
Groups are free of charge. You don't need to book to go to a group, you can just drop in.
