Description

Gentle stretches, guided yoga poses and relaxation in a beautifully peaceful and warm hydrotherapy pool. The facilities are quiet, clean and totally ours to use! Come and meet other mums to be and enjoy a full 45 min class to enhance mum and baby wellbeing and prepare for birth and beyond. Find expansion with guided breath work and ease aches and pains. Helpful advice to ease common pregnancy symptoms. Birthlight trained Aquanatal Yoga teacher.
