You will gain knowledge of specific areas of your baby’s feet, that when reflexology techniques are applied, are said to help relieve conditions such as reflux, colic, coughs, colds, constipation, diarrhoea and teething pain.* Reflexology may also calm your baby, promote relaxation and improve sleep. It can be easily incorporated into your day/night, applied anywhere and anytime and is a useful skill to add to your parenting tool box!

Each session includes complimentary refreshments, including tea/coffee, fresh fruit and Sally’s traditional homemade cakes. Places are limited to 8 parents per course.

This course is taught by Rachel Troullis, a qualified reflexologist.*

This 3-week course makes a great addition to the baby massage course, and is suitable for all babies from age 4 weeks to approx 6 months (non-mobile babies only).

*Baby reflexology is not a replacement for medical treatment. Rachel cannot diagnose or provide prognosis. However, baby reflexology can support most forms of medical treatments if given permission by your baby’s GP.
