Want to reconnect with your body post-birth? Join my Goddess Flow Yoga classes... and bring your baby along! Babies can join you on the mat, remain in their pram/buggy, or little ones may toddle around. You will be guided through practices designed for you, but not your baby. (Please see Buddha Baby - Baby Yoga for more integrated classes that include practices for you both.) You remain responsible for your baby at all times.
