Description
A great workout for parents/grandparents/carers of pram aged children. We are a friendly welcoming group who love being outside so please do come and join us for a full body workout in the fresh air, meet and chat to others whilst working out.
To join you will need to be either 6 weeks post natural delivery or 12 weeks post c-section.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited! You will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before joining so please email me in advance: [email protected]
