Description
ABOUT An indoor class for all mums from postnatal GP sign off and beyond, who want to get stronger, healthier and leaner. This class will help you achieve your fitness goals with a variety of different types of cardio and strength exercises and a focus on core and pelvic floor strength. Babies and toddlers are welcome to come and sit and play alongside you, but class is open to all, not just mums with minis with them! All participants need to have GP sign off and have been cleared to exercise. Please complete health screening prior to your first class which you will be sent. Wear trainers and bring water and a small towel. Please bring a mat if possible. It is also a good idea to feed your baby or child pre class, this hopefully means that they won't get hungry and you can use the time to truly focus on you! If you're breastfeeding this will also make exercising more comfortable. CANCELLATION POLICY Course can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the start of the first session of the course Refunds will be given on a discretionary, case by case basis either as class credits or cash refund.
