Description
Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
This class is suitable from 6-8 weeks postpartum following your check-up with your GP. Low-impact, full-body workout with a focus on restoring your core and other muscles that were affected by pregnancy and childbirth. Please bring a mat and a long resistance band/tube. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal personal trainer and mum of two.
*First trial class: 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
*Term ticket: classes can’t be rolled over to the following term, however make-ups within the term are allowed.
