Our new term starts soon and it's not too late to book your space.
Our classes are friendly, relaxed, welcoming and more importantly, Baby Led so that you can respond to your baby's needs and strengthen the bond between you both.
We also focus on grounding, breathing and self- care for parents and a chance to chat and share tips and advice.
What can you expect in class?

*Learn how to give baby a top to toe massage.
*Singing to baby ( Not on your own, don't worry)
*Tummy time.
* Photo opportunities.
* Sensory/ Messy and developmental play.
* Healthy snacks and drinks.
* An opportunity to slow down and practice self- care.
Bonuses include:
Towels and mats are provided for you to use in class and you will be given your own bottle of Organic Sunflower oil.
When you sign up and pay for a block you will also receive a complete massage routine handout for you to be able to take home and practise.
