Empowering Families during their journey through pregnancy

My name is Aimee; I am a practising midwife and mum of three. One of the best parts of my job is empowering families that they are capable of fulfilling the journey of welcoming a new member.

In order to achieve this knowledge and understanding is key.

Many of the families I encounter ask about parent education/ antenatal classes and I’ve been aware of how there is only a handful of services available. This is where I decided I should take the leap and look at providing antenatal classes to a wider community!

Come and join me in my mission to help you prepare for your baby’s arrival over the course of 3 sessions where we will cover topics such as birth and it’s processes, feeding options, and newborn care.
