Baby yoga course 💕
These classes combine dry massage, tummy time, baby yoga poses and active developmental play with lots of singing along the way!
We also cover some breathing techniques, yoga inspired poses for parents while babies explore the treasure baskets, ending with some relaxation.
This class is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to pre-walking.
