BUMP TO BABY WELLNESS

Baby yoga course 💕
These classes combine dry massage, tummy time, baby yoga poses and active developmental play with lots of singing along the way!
We also cover some breathing techniques, yoga inspired poses for parents while babies explore the treasure baskets, ending with some relaxation.
This class is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to pre-walking.

Please bring anything with you which will make you and your baby comfortable. A familiar blanket or towel for baby to lie on with help baby to feel relaxed. Please wear comfortable clothing so you feel comfortable too.
The session will be very informal, please follow your babies needs as and when needed. There is no pressure to remain sitting down completing the session, feel free to move around if you need to.
Yoga mats will be spaced out and numbers restricted to 8 parents and babies per class.
