BUMPS IN BLOOM

Baby Yoga is a super fun baby class, suitable from 5 months to around 12 months old. Each week you will learn how to use baby yoga, rhythm, rhyme, story and (baby) sensory experiences to aid your baby’s development. Utilising these tools to boost your connection and have fun together.

Each week follows a different theme, you can be sure no two weeks will be the same! In each class you can expect:
• Lively baby yoga routines
• Instruments, rhymes and songs
• Story time and sensory play
• Infant education & support
• Small class sizes which are age appropriate
• Meet other new mums at the same stage

Important Class Information:
Our Nurturing Blossoms baby yoga class is for parents /carers and baby and is suitable to attend from around 5 months until 12 months old. We can easily adapt classes to suit multiples and individual needs with ease.

Classes are booked in blocks of 5/6 week terms at a time.

When: Mondays term time.
