Description
Bumps in Bloom - Active Antenatal Classes is a weekly antenatal class for anyone who is pregnant (from 14 weeks). The class includes yoga based movements, breathing techniques, hypnobirthing techniques, antenatal & active birth education, guided relaxation.
Classes are designed to help you enjoy and stay mobile during pregnancy, meet new friends, learn about your changing body and baby, and feel informed and empowered preparing for your confident birth.
You'll also get ongoing support through class follow up emails loaded with evidence based information, a WhatsApp group for your class and a wider Bumps in Bloom Community Facebook group.
Classes are for anyone who is pregnant, for first time parents or fifth time parents, and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans. You can attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth.
Tuesday: 7:15 - 9:00pm at Holyrood Early Years Centre, Thelwall.
