Mummy&Me Pilates takes place in the Yoga Studio of Alcheme Wellbeing, Surbiton, KT6 5LR.

Our Mummy&Me Pilates class is taken by the wonderful Anneliese. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. We provide yoga mats and equipment, but do feel free to bring your own mat if you'd feel more comfortable.

We encourage you to attend to your baby’s needs at any time, so if they need a feed, change or cuddle, please don’t worry about stopping mid-class to do so. We have a duvet onsite for babies, but your baby can also be on the floor with you on a mat, so do feel free to bring along a blanket and some toys if you wish - however you both feel most comfortable!
