Description
Pilates is a safe way to help you stay strong and flexible throughout pregnancy. Our classes involve a series of gentle stretches, movements and holds that help to improve your strength and coordination, incorporating deep breathing and relaxation.
There are yoga mats available at the venue but feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable with your own equipment.

Our Pregnancy Pilates class is taken by the wonderful Monica. There are yoga mats available at the venue but feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable with your own equipment. You are also very welcome to bring:
1 or 2 cushions/pillow for support
Blanket for meditation at the end of the class
