We'll start the morning with a 30 minute Mummy&Me Stretch and Mobility class followed by a wonderful 30 minute baby massage.

10:00 - 10:30 - Mummy&Me Stretch and Mobility class

10:30 - 10:45 - Feeding / changing break

10:45 - 11:15 - Baby Massage (suitable from 6 weeks to crawling)

Location of Class: Bushy Park Sports Club, Pavillion Road, Teddington, TW11 0EL

Where to meet/arrival info: We'll be in the small studio (the 'Freddie Greener Room'), which you can access via the main entrance to the club house - walk through the double doors and head to your right, towards the fire exit.

There's space for buggies inside and a car park on site.

Please do arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, to give you a chance to relax/tackle any last minute nappy changes!

NB. It's not possible to access the venue directly from Bushy Park.

What to bring: We recommend that you bring a bottle of water and dress in lightweight comfortable layered clothing. Whilst we'll provide a comfortable spot for your little one to lie on, you may want to bring a large muslin or blanket to pop underneath them.
