A fun, high-impact aerobic & dance inspired class designed to banish those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core, and give you that all-important post-workout high without the worry of creche or childcare. 

Address/parking: Crossway Centre, next to St Stephen's Church, Richmond Road, Twickenham TW1 2PD (map). There is a pay and display car park in Marble Hill Park, just a 5 minute walk away.

Classroom: Classes take place in the Oak Room on the first floor. There is a lift at the back of the hallway, if you want to take your buggy into the room upstairs with you. Please take into account this lift is very slow and will only take 1 buggy at a time. Alternatively buggies can be parked under the stairs in the hallway. There are baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet on the ground floor.
