🪩5th FEBRUARY: time for another round of our ABBA Special! From Fernando's starry skies to Waterloo's marching soldiers and more, we'll find plenty of story-based excuses to weave fab ABBA singalongs into our usual format!

🌝Our Vibe:

Songs, stories and sensory delights, in a relaxed environment and small group (9 spots). A baby/toddler session that's a little more chilled than usual. In the dark twinkly theatre room at Pickled Pepper Books✨

Our aim is partly for you the parent/carer to be able to relax and enjoy as much as possible. We have chosen our venue for its cosy size and calming colourful lighting. The space is also enclosed with a little gate, which can be handy with mobile babes! And we always have a mix of "grownups" and kids' songs.

Your child is not expected to stay quiet - we're just aiming to provide a lower-stimulation environment, sticking to gentle sounds/instruments/activities.

🐥 NOTE: the 2pm sessions can't safely accommodate little ones wanting to run around, as we mostly sit for the session and the babies often lie/sit on the ground. A bit of crawling is absolutely fine and lovely! (We don't base this on age or milestones as every child is different - many toddlers do sit through our sessions). For busy little movers, we have a new session trialling 26th Jan 😍

🌜FORMAT/DETAILS:

- always a mix of childrens' songs and familiar "grownups" hits - sing along or just enjoy! Live guitar and ukelele. Sometimes a story book too

- sensory items for little ones such as fabrics and lights

- led by Esme, and we sit all together (more like a class than our gigs)

- often end with "twinkly time" with the main lights off, a projector, lots of fairy lights and lovely music🎶
