As well as thinking about some of the more practical aspects to being a new mum, we recognise how important it is to also consider how the arrival of a new baby impacts many parts of our lives.

The team facilitating the group are mums themselves so appreciate how precious and challenging this time is for new parents. We want to support you in these early stages and create a safe space where your wellbeing is supported. Whilst the foundations of our sessions are rooted in our Christian faith, this is a group for all, whether you follow any faith or none.

Thursdays 10-11:30am, dates before Easter 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st March & 7th April

Each session costs £3 including refreshments, but don't want this to stop you attending, please book anyway!
