CALM AND CONNECTED

At Calm and Connected, this 4-week Baby Massage course will teach you the strokes and techniques to help soothe your baby to sleep, aid digestion, ease sore gums during teething and so much more! You will be provided with an organic sunflower oil infused with Vitamin E to use on your baby’s skin.
Each week we learn the strokes and techniques on a different part of our baby’s body and at the end of the course we can all offer our baby a beautiful massage. As babies grow, you can still use these techniques. Children love a foot, head and back massage – who wouldn’t!
Promotes and establishes good infant mental health that continues into childhood and adulthood
This simple but gentle therapy encourages a strong connection between you and your baby making them feel safe, secure and loved
