Description

This lovely relaxing and informative class is over 5 weeks and held in person in Canterbury, Kent. Each week we will cover a different part of the body whilst recapping strokes from previous weeks. I also include some beneficial baby yoga. This is a chance to learn a valuable skill which can help your baby with wind, colic, teething, constipation and relaxation. You will also deepen your bon with your lovely baby.
