Description
A 4 week block course - £36
On this course we learn baby massage techniques to help soothe and settle our babies. Each week we learn a different skill :
Week 1 - Legs & Feet - always popular, very relaxing
Week 2 - Tummy - helps with those baby tummy niggles
Week 3 - Chest & Arms - very warming, helps with congestion
Week 4 - Face & Back - techniques to help with teething and a relaxing back massage where we do some tummy time.
Each week you are given a guide to take home to continue your practice.
Bubbles, cuppa, biscuits & chat to finish.
