CALM CLOUDS BABY MASSAGE

This is an introductory 4-week course to baby massage. Each week you will learn massage techniques, along with the benefits, for different parts of the body.

In week one we focus on legs and feet (always a favourite)

Week two, the tummy (perfect for alleviate those tummy niggles)

Week three, the chest & arms (warming and great for relieving congestion)

Week four, the face & back (sleepy strokes, teething, nasal congestion & also learn about the importance of tummy time)

Each week you will get to know your baby a little better and learn a skill to soothe and settle. A truly calming journey for you and your baby with mindfulness elements woven throughout so mum and baby are able to relax together. Refreshments provided. Suitable from 8 weeks to pre-crawlers.
