we will also do a mix of breathing exercises and gentle stretches plus some baby sensory and photo ops for baby

After yoga we have to socialise after with a cup of tea & cake.

suitable once cleared by a GP after a

C-Section or after 6 weeks from normal birth without complications.

Until babies are walking :) 

Classes are twin or multiple baby friendly just buy the Twinclusive ticket 

We will do 45 mins of yoga approx between 11.00 -11.45 yoga
