Join us on a 10 week Carifit live class experience.

Each week your postnatal expert teacher will guide you through a Carifit class designed to elevate your mood and restore your body to full strength and fitness.

Connect with a like minded group of new parents. We are here support you and help you to regain your strength and build your fitness, in a safe environment.

All our teachers are babywearing qualified so expect expert support to get your carrier fitted and feeling fabulous.
