Description

This session focuses on bonding and attachment, positive touch, and socializing. We learn how to massage a different body part each week building up to a full body massage by your last session. We enjoy time at the end of every session chatting, sharing experiences, and offering support. Benefits include improved symptoms of wind, colic, reflux, and constipation. Supports brain development, helps the baby sleep better and longer, and reduces the risk of postnatal depression.

Please bring a baby blanket with you. Tea and cake are provided at the end so please also bring a takeaway coffee cup.
