Description
Our AcroDance classes follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, a globally recognised program grounded in safe, progressive training across five key areas: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, Tumbling.
Dancers develop core physical skills while learning a wide range of drills, tricks, and movements that are woven into choreography—building confidence, technique, and stage presence.
New students are invited to a trial session, during which they will be assessed and placed in the appropriate class for their level. Each dancer will work on skills tailored to their individual needs, with safety and personal development as top priorities.
