CAshFitness - Sling Strong Fitness Class
Post natal Fitness Classes for Mamas whilst wearing a baby in a sling

NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
Combining fitness, toning, strength, stretching and movement, this class will help to strengthen all the muscles weakened by pregnancy and childbirth.
The classes are carefully structured to have your baby in a sling throughout the duration, so not only do you have extra weight for our workout but you can steal a quick kiss whenever you like.
There are obviously no nursery fees or guilt of leaving your baby… you can actually do something for YOU that benefits you both. You don't even need to leave home so no worries about that last minute fees or nappy explosion!
To join the class you must have had your 6/8 week check and be signed off to exercise.
You will need a sling to hold your baby - it must be worn over both shoulders and can include any of these : Stretchy Wrap, Mai Tai, Buckle Carriers eg Connecta or Tula. If you are unsure of what kind of sling to get please send me a message and I can advise you.
