This class is designed to boost your feel good endorphins, give you an opportunity to move, dance and connect with other mums in a low pressure, fun environment.

Mama Groove is perfect for when you have your baby in a sling of carrier - it is a welcoming space where the music is turned up a notch, there is 0 expectation and we get some movement in as well as a bit of a laugh and social time.

Why not head for a drink at The Wandle afterwards?

This class is all about babies in their carriers or slings - so please bring one! Of course if your baby isn't happy in the sling you can always pop them down on the mat in front of you.

We have space to park buggies, but there are stairs up to the studio so please do bear that in mind. We also have parking at The Sawmills, 5 bays that are available on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know your car details via email ahead of your class so we can register your car.
