Come and join us for a special Fitness Class; Mummy Movement, to experience a great workout and the opportunity to meet other mum's in the local area. This class is suitable for all mums who are at least 6+weeks post natal and beyond.

This class is ideal for mums with children of any age. It offers a personalised experience focused on strength training to enhance our entire bodies, rebuild and strengthen our core, and boost overall fitness by including cardiovascular exercises in every session. All of this is done while ensuring you all have a great time!

**BRING YOUR BABY OR BOOK IN FOR SUPERVISED PLAY** Please feel free to bring young babies into the class with you - please feel free to bring a bouncer or your pram/car seat if you want to pop your baby in something comfortable whilst you workout or bring a blanket for them to be comfortable next to you. OR If your child is older and you would like them to experience the fun of My Little Play Place whilst you exercise, you can book them in for supervised play too. Booking is essential for this, so please ensure you book your child in for supervised play on the My Little Play Place website before the class.
