NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
There will be cardio & toning exercises where the focus will specifically be on strengthening your pelvic floor, core and back gradually building the foundation for more intense and loaded exercise.
Your baby will either sleep, watch you from their buggy or play with friends and toys on soft cushions and mats.
This is a super friendly class in a supportive environment with like minded mums.
