Description

Tap dance involves the use of tap shoes to create loud and intricate beats whilst dancing. If a tap dancer was a musical instrument – they would be a drum! Contemporary modern is an energetic and expressive dance style characterised by its impressive leaps, kicks and turns. From School Year 2, children have the opportunity to take official IDTA examinations. Our exam-level classes are fast paced, challenging and fun as children develop their technical skills and learn to express their individuality and personality through performance. Children learn more intricate rhythms and advanced movements whilst dancing to a range of current chart music and musical theatre songs.
