CLOUD 9 KIDS YOGA

Yoga for children is a non-competitive activity where they have a safe space to be themselves and have fun.

Each week we develop their flexibility, strength, and balance while focusing on visualisation and breathing, all in a soothing environment.

Instructions:
Drop in - cash on the door
Children are to arrive in comfortable clothing
Please bring a water bottle

Mats, toys and books supplied during the activity

Ages from 5 to 11 years.
