CONNECTING MUMS

A weekly mum and baby group to connect with local mums, reflect on how you're doing, and discuss different motherhood topics to feel less alone. We have cosy private rooms on a Tuesday at Canvas and Cream in Forest Hill at 10am, and The Honor Oak Pub at 1pm, with a big playmat and toys to put baby down if you wish, or you can hold, feed, rock (whatever works for you!). This is a safe and supportive space to come together and share in the rollercoaster of motherhood! So many classes are aimed at the babies, which is wonderful, but this can be a vulnerable and challenging time for many mums, and you deserve support too. The more supported, relaxed and connected you feel, the more resilient you'll be for when times feel challenging. Sessions are bookable in 6 week blocks, and booking remain open till week 2 if any spaces are left. The price is for the whole 6 week block! I'd love to see you and your baby soon! Love Hannah x
