Connecting Mums runs the following mum and pre-crawling baby circles:

Mondays: 5th Jan - 9th Feb

The Crown Tavern (Lee / Hither Green / Grove Park / Blackheath)

10am - midday: FULLY BOOKED

12.30 - 2.30pm: SPACES

Tuesdays: 6th Jan - 10th Feb

9.45-11.45am, The Station (Hither Green): FULLY BOOKED

1-3pm, The Honor Oak Pub: FULLY BOOKED

Come for a relaxed but facilitated space each week to reflect upon and share how you’re doing, connect with local mums and have meaningful conversations about motherhood.

Sessions are in blocks of usually 6 weeks to help create meaningful connections - if you can’t make a session in the block that is absolutely fine!

Each group has its own WhatsApp group to keep in touch, and there is a mix of first-time mums and those with older children.

Each week there is time for each mum to reflect on and share how her week has been, as well as discussing a different aspect of motherhood from birth stories, the mental load, changing dynamics with partners, hellish sleep deprivation, boredom, loneliness and missing paid work, alongside the awe of creating another human, the love and the joy at first smiles.

This is a supportive group to gently hold space for you through this big (exhausting) transition in your life where you can hear other mums talking about the realities of motherhood!

Run by Hannah, mum of 2, and a Mother Circle leader and Mama Rising Matrescence coach.

At The Crown Tavern there is a free car park and plenty of space for buggies.

Please try not to worry too much about whether your baby will be unsettled as this is normal, and you are welcome exactly as you are!
