COTSWOLD BABY MASSAGE

Learn a new skill while investing in your connection with your baby!

The course runs on a Thursday morning from 11:30-13:00 at the St David's Centre, Moreton-in-Marsh. Places must be pre-booked and are not available on a drop-in basis.

What you will gain:

• You will learn how to massage your baby during 5 weeks of supportive, practical training, following the structure of the expert IAIM infant massage programme. The International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) provides the world-class standard for the training and teaching of baby massage. 
• An opportunity to spend quality 1:1 time with your baby, while learning skills that enhance your bond and trusting relationship with each other.
• Tips for dealing with common issues such as colic, wind and teething pain.
• Massage routines which aid relaxation and encourage better sleep.
• Advice around which oils to use when massaging, and complementary oil to use during classes.
• IAIM approved parent handouts showing the massage strokes for you to use when you practise at home.
• Advice around continuing massage past 1 year, and into later childhood.
• Hot drinks and homemade cake.
• Local friendships and networking.
