CRAZY TOTS PLAYGROUP

To book the Easter Party pop us a message with the following:

☆Child's name, age and if they have any allergies.

☆Grownup who is attending name and contact number.

Payment of £10 per child is required to secure the place and can be paid by PayPal, bank transfer or by cash at Tuesday's PlayGroup.

Each child will receive a Chocolate Bunny from the Easter Bunny on the day.

Or a Book as an allergie alternative.

Once you have paid you will be added onto the list.

On the day there will be a sign in sheet with both names on (child and grown ups), find your name and then pop the time next to it this is incase of a fire we know who is in the building. The phone number is incase there is an outbreak of illnesses so I can contact those who came if needed
