HYROX Youngstars is a fitness competition for children and young people aged 8 to 15 that adapts the adult HYROX race format. It combines running with functional fitness exercises like sled pushes/pulls, rowing, and wall balls, tailored to different age groups to help develop speed, agility, strength, and coordination in a fun and challenging environment.
