Do your children love making a mess while creating masterpieces?

Do you spend more time setting up and tidying away the activity than actually DOING the activity?

Please note sessions during half terms and school holidays will be at The Glebe, not The Pavilion.

Our sessions for arts and crafts will explore painting (of course), clay, weaving, gluing, cutting and so much more as we help children to develop their creativity at the same time as honing their fine motor skills and social skills as we chat around the table.

We aim to provide two activities per session (usually a main project that will take approx 20 mins), a smaller second activity, amd then a choice of creative free play for the remaining time.

I provide clothes for the children to change into as I find clothes still get ruined even with aprons. If your children have their own messy clothes to wear, then please do bring them in those. Whilst most of our sessions are relatively tame- when the paint comes out, it's anyone's guess where little fingers will manage to find a place to pop their handprint 🤣

Just as with all our sessions- drinks, sweet treats and snacks will be available in the break for adults and children, along with quiet music on in the background for adults and children.

Sessions are aimed at 18m- 5 years, but all are welcome. The activities will be easy enough for younger ones with a helping hand, and still suitable for older children up to approx. 8yrs.

The Pavilion is next to the field, behind the Royal British Legion.

Booking is essential so I know how many resources to bring, so please do book each session in advance.
