Benefits of Culter Kindergym

Kindergym is a physical and social development programme for children aged 18 months to 5 years, based on gymnastics skills and apparatus. Kindergym kids learn to be stronger in body (motor skills, strength and co-ordination), mind (creativity, cognitive development and problem solving) and spirit (social development and confidence).

Kindergym gives an opportunity for young children to explore and develop their physical skills in a fun and safe environment at their own rate while channelling energy appropriately.

Kindergym helps to develop children’s creativity and thought processes by encouraging them to decide what equipment to use and how to use it. This increases their confidence in both their abilities and in trying new activities.

Kindergym helps children gain a good foundation of coordination and total body control in physical activity that can assist in participation in all other sports later on in life.

They attend by themselves. Carers are welcome to stay in the adjoining room and have refreshments
