The class focuses on babies & children up to 12 years old and includes:

The techniques taught are demonstrated by our expert trainers live online - you will be able to ask questions as you go and be shown how to practice at home.

Your class joining instructions will be emailed to you after booking is confirmed (please this can take up to 24 hours - check your junk folder if you do not see it).

To attend this class online, you will need a computer or smartphone and online connection. Have a cushion or teddy handy so you can practice too!

Please note -

You will be required to have your camera on during the session so that we can see you and attendee names will be checked.
Absences from classes are non-refundable.
If you inform us of non-attendance before a class starts then we will try to transfer you to a different class where possible.

Class takes place via Zoom from the comfort of your own home, details will be sent after you have booked your place (within 48 hours).
