The e-learning course combines education on different elements of mental health with proven CBT and mindfulness techniques and guides you through creating a personal wellbeing plan that you can come back to again and again.

Course content provides you with the knowledge to:

❤️‍🩹 Help benchmark your mental health and recognise when you or a loved one needs help
❤️‍🩹 Help understand, recognise and plan for stress triggers of yourself or a loved one
❤️‍🩹 Help understand, recognise and plan for how to deal with sleep disruption
❤️‍🩹 Help understand, recognise and plan for bad days
❤️‍🩹 Help to give yourself permission to put yourself first and improve your mental health
❤️‍🩹Understand where you can go to get help with mental health

Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
