Description

The Parent Course for expectant parents covers birth preparation, infant feeding and newborn care. From breathing techniques to massage for labour, informed choice to packing your hospital bag, feeding your baby to changing a nappy.

A comprehensive and practical series of classes designed to ensure you have all the education, tools and support you need as you prepare confidently for your upcoming birth and the early days of caring for your new baby.

Classes are delivered on Wednesday evenings, 7 - 9.30pm. The next term will be held in November/December at Old Basing Village Hall.
