Description
Tap and Jazz is a great ‘ Old School style” originally created in America. This specially designed Tap & Jazz class is the perfect introduction and has been created by Dakoda’s Dance Academy for both Boys & Girls.
TAP –Tap dance is a type of dance that uses metal plates on the Heel and The toe to create a ‘percussion’ sound. There are many variation of tap but we prefer to teach ‘ Broadway Tap’.
Classes are designed to develop focus, co-ordination, rhythm
and performance skills in basic jazz / tap movement vocabulary.
