DANCE BABY DANCE

Our 9.30am Wednesday dance class is designed to be taken while carrying your baby or wearing them in a sling or carrier. It’s for parents/carers of babies who want a class involving dance and movement for everyone. We play music you want to dance to - no nursery rhymes here - and no previous dance experience is necessary. Each week we’ll learn short routines which can be danced to a variety of music of many different styles and genres, providing gentle exercise for adults and an enjoyable music and movement experience for babies.

For classes at The Little Escape Studio we recommend you dance barefoot. If you would prefer to wear shoes, then please bring shoes to change into such as plimsolls or soft sole dance shoes which have not been worn outside.

Our Wednesday Dance Baby Dance classes take place at The Little Escape Studio nestled in the Crystal Palace triangle (entrance via the alley beside Blackbird Bakery and opposite Sainsbury’s).
