Description
A fusion of dance and fitness including an aerobic dance warm up, a quick toning circuit of exercises, then learn a new dance routine every 3 weeks. Lastly, the class is finished with a relaxing cool down to calm the mind and body.
Wednesdays class also offers 'playtime' for those with children aged 18months - 3 years. The playtime room is just next door to your class, where your child will be safe to play while you focus on you!.
All staff are DBS checked and First Aid trained.
